Position Description

Explore the impactful world of Nonprofit Administration, where leadership and strategic planning drive social and humanitarian missions. Some duties may include but are not limited to:

1. Supporting Fundraising Activities: Participate in fundraising efforts by organizing donor information, preparing promotional materials, and assisting with event coordination.

2. Facilitating Volunteer Coordination: Contribute to volunteer coordination by scheduling shifts, managing volunteer records, and providing support during events or activities.

3. Managing Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks by maintaining organizational records, updating databases, and preparing routine reports.

4. Coordinating Outreach Efforts: Oversee outreach activities by preparing marketing materials, managing social media updates, and tracking engagement with community partners.

5. Updating Donor Records: Maintain and update donor records by entering new information, tracking contributions, and ensuring data accuracy for reporting and acknowledgment.
